The private outdoor spaces are a highlight, featuring a spacious 350 sq. ft. Inside, the comfortable living areas include an expansive great room with a cozy gas fireplace, two sofas, and two reclining chairs, providing ample space for relaxation. For recreation, guests have access to a 600-foot-wide private beach with a volleyball net and beach toys, all just a 60-second stroll from the condo.

Please note that due to space limitations, boat trailers are not permitted on the property. While we love seeing you enjoy the water, our parking lot isn't quite ready for the nautical life. However, we understand that boating is a popular activity in our beautiful area. If you plan on bringing a boat, it is essential that you contact us prior to your arrival.
